Using Win 10 
and WinSCP zip option to try uploading "Archive archive.zip" (tar option I believe instead of zip or any other zip options)
to upload this .9Gb .vro file of Hitachi hot recorded file. It was never burned to dvd, but on a reusable 3" dvd.
